Breaking News:
Everyone will be parking at Queensgate. Buses will bring them to York Tech.
We need to change the incoming time to about 8:10 because of this change.
Might need to change lunch as well -- they do not want food in the hall, so we will have lunch at 12:10 -- buffet style in the cafeteria.

Instead of four sessions, we are going with three -- all in the morning -- and then during lunch, participants will have the opportunity to submit notice of what they still really need. We will convene roundtables after lunch for participants to go where they think they still need more specific information.
Some of the afternoon roundtables will be planned ahead of time; others will be assembled on demand.
Other Concerns:
We don't have enough presenters. We have potentially seven rooms for each time slot -- we need 21 presenters total for each day.
Each cohort 1 and 2 coach is expected to return to their school to recruit the best teacher in each subject area.
We should encourage presenters to present everything from beginner to advanced -- lots of variety
Principals can just drop in -- no need to register/pay (unless they are coming for the whole day)
Coach, two participants, and a presenter -- this is what we can each bring. Everyone who is coming MUST register and MUST pay the fee (with minor exception of principals who just want to drop in)
Register in the WIKI by December 5th (link to google form)
Payment for all four sessions by January 15.
Any district that needs a fancy invoice can request one from Sue Sheffer (ssheffer@cysd.k12.pa.us). She needs specific names and school district for each attendee.
Teachers coming from Mac districts shoud bring their DONGLES. York Tech is a PC district and will not have them.
There will not be IWBs in every room. Marge has one portable board up for grabs.
